Adult roleplay,
not actual minors

DDLG, CGL, age-play, ABDL, and sexual integration language can be sensitive. This test keeps the framing adult-only, consent-first, and non-graphic.

Nonsexual regression

Some people use younger-feeling headspace for comfort, grounding, or self-soothing. That can be completely separate from kink and is not a diagnosis here.

Adult age-play

Age-play is adult roleplay between consenting adults. The test treats fantasy language, titles, and scenes as negotiable choices with clear stop points.

Erotic integration

Some adult CGL relationships include sexual energy, while others do not. The test scores that preference separately so nonsexual and erotic paths can both be named clearly.

ABDL curiosity

ABDL interests are handled as private adult comfort or roleplay themes. A low score simply means it may not be your thing.

Results that
encourage safer pacing

A low readiness score does not produce a more extreme label. It points you toward slower, clearer, lower-pressure exploration.
