Subscribing

How to Subscribe

  1. Go to Profile > Premium
  2. Review available plans
  3. Select your preferred plan
  4. Complete purchase through App Store/Play Store
  5. Premium activates immediately

Payment Methods

Payment is processed through:

  • iOS - Apple App Store (Apple Pay, credit card)
  • Android - Google Play Store (Google Pay, credit card)

Your payment method is managed by your device's app store, not directly by BeMoreKinky.


Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Subscription Status

Check your current status:

  1. Go to Profile > Premium
  2. See your current plan
  3. View renewal date
  4. Check subscription history

Changing Plans

To switch between monthly and annual:

  1. Cancel your current plan
  2. Wait for it to expire
  3. Subscribe to the new plan

Or contact support for help with plan changes.

Updating Payment Method

Payment is managed through your app store:

iOS:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap your name > Subscriptions
  3. Select BeMoreKinky
  4. Update payment method

Android:

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap Menu > Subscriptions
  3. Select BeMoreKinky
  4. Update payment method

Cancelling Your Subscription

How to Cancel

iOS:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap your name > Subscriptions
  3. Select BeMoreKinky
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription
  5. Confirm cancellation

Android:

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap Menu > Subscriptions
  3. Select BeMoreKinky
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription
  5. Confirm cancellation

What Happens After Cancelling

  • You keep Premium access until the current billing period ends
  • After that, you revert to the free plan
  • Your data (ratings, quiz results, etc.) is preserved
  • You can resubscribe anytime

Important Notes

  • Deleting the app doesn't cancel your subscription
  • You must cancel through the app store
  • Refunds are handled by Apple/Google, not BeMoreKinky

Restoring Purchases

When to Restore

Restore purchases if:

  • You reinstalled the app
  • You got a new device
  • Premium features aren't showing
  • You're logged in but Premium isn't recognized

How to Restore

  1. Go to Profile > Premium
  2. Tap Restore Purchases
  3. Sign in to your app store account if prompted
  4. Premium should reactivate

Troubleshooting Restore

If restore doesn't work:

  1. Ensure you're using the same app store account
  2. Check that your subscription is still active
  3. Verify the subscription in your app store settings
  4. Contact support with your purchase receipt

Common Questions

Q: Can I share my subscription with my partner?

A: No, subscriptions are individual. Each partner needs their own subscription to access Premium features.

Q: What if I switch from iPhone to Android?

A: App store subscriptions don't transfer between platforms. You'll need to:

  1. Cancel your current subscription
  2. Subscribe again on the new platform

Your account data transfers, but the billing is separate.

Q: Do I lose my data if I cancel Premium?

A: No! Your data is preserved:

  • Activity ratings remain
  • Quiz results are kept
  • Partner connection stays active
  • Tasks and rewards continue (Labs features)

You just lose access to Premium-exclusive content.

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: Refunds are handled by Apple/Google:

  • Apple: Request through reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Google: Request through Google Play

BeMoreKinky cannot process refunds directly.

Q: Why is my price different from what's listed?

A: Prices vary by:

  • Your country/region
  • Currency conversion
  • App store pricing tiers
  • Promotional offers

The price shown in your app store at checkout is the actual price.

Q: Does Premium auto-renew?

A: Yes, subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You'll receive a reminder before renewal.

Q: Can I subscribe through the website?

A: Currently, subscriptions are only available through the iOS and Android apps.

Q: Is there a lifetime subscription option?

A: Not currently. Only monthly and annual plans are available.


Troubleshooting

Premium Not Activating

  1. Wait a few minutes (purchases can take time to process)
  2. Try restoring purchases
  3. Force close and reopen the app
  4. Check your email for purchase confirmation
  5. Contact support with your receipt

"Already Subscribed" Error

If you're trying to subscribe but see this error:

  1. Go to your device's subscription settings
  2. Verify if you have an active subscription
  3. Cancel any duplicate subscriptions
  4. Restore purchases to reactivate

Charged But No Premium

  1. Check your email for purchase receipt
  2. Note the transaction ID
  3. Try restoring purchases
  4. Contact support with your receipt details

Subscription Not Recognized After App Update

  1. Force close and reopen the app
  2. Restore purchases
  3. Log out and back in
  4. Check for further app updates

Billing Questions

  • Duplicate charges
