How Activity Discovery Works

The Activity Library

BeMoreKinky contains a comprehensive library of activities organized by:

  • Categories - Broad groupings (e.g., Impact Play, Sensory, Aftercare)
  • Subcategories - More specific types within each category
  • Role Type - Activities suited for dominant, submissive, or both roles
  • Premium Status - Some activities are exclusive to premium members

Activity Cards

Each activity is presented as a card showing:

  • Activity name
  • Brief description
  • Category/subcategory
  • Premium indicator (if applicable)
  • Image (if your image settings allow)

Rating Activities

The Swipe System

Rate activities using intuitive swipe gestures:

What Your Ratings Mean

  • Yes - Activities you enjoy or want to try

  • Maybe - Activities you'd consider under the right circumstances

Changing Your Ratings

Your preferences can evolve! To change a rating:

  1. Go to Explore > Your Rankings
  2. Find the activity you want to update
  3. Tap to view details
  4. Select a new rating

Browsing Activities

By Category

  1. From the Explore tab, tap Categories
  2. Select a category to view all activities within it
  3. Swipe through activities or tap to see details

By Subcategory

  1. Tap on a category
  2. View subcategories within that category
  3. Select a subcategory for more focused browsing

Using Filters

Filter activities by:

  • Role Type - Show only dominant, submissive, or switch activities
  • Rating Status - Unrated, rated Yes, rated Maybe, rated No
  • Premium Status - Free or premium activities

Your Activity Rankings

Viewing Your Rankings

Go to Explore > Your Rankings to see:

  • All activities you've rated "Yes" or "Maybe"
  • Sorted by preference level
  • Organized by category

How Rankings Work

Your rankings are automatically generated based on:

  • Your explicit ratings (Yes/No/Maybe)
  • Categories you engage with most
  • Time spent viewing activity details

Sharing Rankings with Partners

When you connect with a partner:

  1. Go to Partner > Shared Preferences
  2. Choose which rankings to share
  3. Your partner will see your shared Yes and Maybe activities
  4. You'll see where your preferences overlap

Daily Selection

What is Daily Selection?

Each day, you can select one activity as your "Activity of the Day." This helps:

  • Focus your exploration
  • Suggest activities for play proposals
  • Track activities you're most curious about

Setting Your Daily Selection

  1. From the home screen, tap Daily Selection
  2. Browse your Yes and Maybe activities
  3. Tap an activity to select it
  4. Your selection appears on your home screen

Using Daily Selection with Partners

When both you and your partner have set daily selections:

  • You can see each other's choices
  • Matching selections are highlighted
  • These become suggested activities for play proposals

Custom Activities

Creating Custom Activities

Can't find an activity in the library? Create your own:

  1. Go to Explore > Create Custom Activity
  2. Enter a name and description
  3. Select a category (or create a new one)
  4. Set your initial rating
  5. Optionally share with your partner

Managing Custom Activities

Custom activities appear in your rankings alongside library activities. You can:

  • Edit the name or description
  • Change the category
  • Delete the activity
  • Share or unshare with partners

Tap any activity card to see:

  • Complete description
  • Tips and safety information
  • Related activities
  • Your current rating
  • Partner's rating (if connected and shared)

Many activities include safety notes covering:

  • Necessary preparation

  • Aftercare recommendations

Common Questions

Q: Why can't I see some activities?

A: Some activities may be hidden because:

  • They're premium-only and you're on the free plan
  • Your role filter is hiding them
  • You've already rated them No
  • Your content settings are filtering them

Check Profile > Preferences > Content Settings to adjust.

Q: Can I undo a rating?

A: Yes! Go to Your Rankings, find the activity, and change your rating. There's no penalty for changing your mind.

Q: Are my ratings visible to anyone?

A: Your ratings are private by default. Only connected partners can see your shared rankings, and you control what's shared.

Q: What happens if I rate everything?

A: New activities are added regularly! You can also create custom activities. Check back periodically for fresh content.

Q: Can I reset all my ratings?

A: Go to Profile > Data & Privacy > Reset Activity Ratings. This clears all ratings so you can start fresh. This action cannot be undone.

Q: How do I hide an activity I never want to see?

A: Rate it "No" and it won't appear in your regular browsing. You can also go to the activity details and tap "Hide this activity" to remove it completely.

Q: Why are some activities marked as "Premium"?

A: Premium activities are exclusive content for subscribers. They typically include more advanced or niche activities. See Premium Features for subscription details.

Tips for Exploration

  1. Be Honest - Rate based on your genuine interest, not what you think you "should" like
  2. Take Your Time - There's no rush to rate everything
  3. Revisit Maybe's - Activities rated Maybe are worth reconsidering as you learn more
  4. Read Descriptions - The details often reveal nuances that affect your interest
