BeMoreKinky quizzes are self-reflection and conversation tools. They summarize the answers you give at that moment.

The free web quiz

The free BDSM test offers two formats:

  • Quick Quiz: 25 multiple-choice questions across seven broad interest dimensions.
  • Full Profile: up to 131 Likert-scale questions producing alignment scores across 24 named roles and interests. Your first answer, about whether you mostly like to lead or to follow, leaves out a few questions that clearly do not fit, and any section you skip leaves out its questions too. Questions about planning, aftercare, negotiation and praise do not count towards any role; they shape the play-style part of the result instead.

Taking the web test

  1. Choose the 25-question Quick Quiz or the Full Profile, which asks up to 131 questions.
  2. Select one response for each question. The web test currently requires a response before moving forward.
  3. Use the back control if you want to revisit the preceding question. In the Full Profile, eight of the fourteen sections open with a "Not for me, skip this section" control. You can go back to a skipped section and answer it at any time before you finish.
  4. Read your result at the end.

If you leave the Full Profile part way through, your progress is saved on this device only, for 14 days, so you can carry on later in the same browser. Nothing is saved to an account, and the save is removed when you finish or start again. The Quick Quiz does not save progress, and there is no personal quiz-history account.

Sharing results

Anyone with a shared link can view your scores, so only send it to people you choose.

Before sharing, consider whether you are comfortable disclosing the interests represented by the summary. You can also discuss selected topics without sharing the generated result.

Common questions

Can I skip a question in the web quiz?

Not a single question: the web interface requires a response before advancing. In the Full Profile you can skip a whole section instead. The questions in a skipped section are counted as Disagree for the roles in that section, and those roles are listed separately on the results page under "Roles from skipped sections". You can stop at any time or use the back control to revisit the preceding question.

Can I retake the test?

Yes. Retaking can be useful when your circumstances or interests change. The web test does not save a history of earlier attempts.
