Community Guidelines

Version 1 · Effective 14 June 2026

BeMoreKinky is an app for consenting adults (18+) exploring intimacy, kink, and BDSM with partners. These Community Guidelines are the behavioral standard for everyone who uses the app. They are enforceable rules, not suggestions. By using BeMoreKinky you agree to follow them. They work alongside our Photo Sharing Terms and our Privacy Policy.

BeMore App LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company and the operator of BeMoreKinky, maintains and enforces these Guidelines.

1. Who this applies to and our standards

These Guidelines apply to everyone who uses BeMoreKinky, in every part of the app: profiles, messages, chat photos, and any other content or activity.

BeMoreKinky is built for consenting adults aged 18 or over. You must be at least 18 to use it.

Two standards run through everything here:

  • Consent. Every interaction and every shared piece of content must be wanted by the adults involved.
  • Respect. Treat other people as people. Honor their boundaries and their right to say no or stop at any time.

If you cannot meet these standards, BeMoreKinky is not for you.

2. Prohibited content and conduct (zero tolerance)

The following are never allowed on BeMoreKinky, anywhere in the app. We have zero tolerance for them:

  • Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor, including grooming, enticement, and sextortion of minors, and any sexualized content involving a minor whether real, fictional, drawn, or AI-generated. Minors may not use this app, appear in content, or be involved in any activity on it.
  • Non-consensual intimate images (NCII). Sharing, threatening to share, or soliciting intimate or sexual images of a person without their consent. This includes images that are digitally created, AI-generated, deepfaked, or otherwise altered to depict a real person, and images captured covertly (for example upskirt images or so-called creepshots).
  • Sextortion. Threatening to share a person's intimate images, or demanding money, images, sexual acts, or anything else of value in exchange for not sharing them.
  • Other non-consensual sexual content. Sexual content involving a non-consenting person or an animal.
  • Coercion. Pressuring, forcing, blackmailing, or manipulating anyone into sexual activity, into sharing content, or into anything they have not freely agreed to.
  • Exploitation. Taking advantage of another person, including sexual exploitation and trafficking.
  • Commercial sexual services and trafficking. Offering, soliciting, or arranging commercial sexual services, prostitution, or escorting, and any form of human trafficking or sexual exploitation for value.
  • Harassment and abuse. Targeting, demeaning, or attacking another person, including unwanted contact after someone has asked you to stop.
  • Threats. Threatening harm to any person.
  • Doxxing. Sharing or threatening to share someone's private or identifying information without their consent.
  • Impersonation. Pretending to be another person or entity, or misrepresenting who you are to deceive others.
  • Illegal content or activity. Anything that is illegal, or that promotes, facilitates, or solicits illegal activity.

BeMoreKinky is built for consensual adult expression. Consensual, non-commercial intimate content shared between consenting adults is allowed; the prohibitions above apply regardless.

CSAM, NCII, and similar serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement. There are no exceptions to this section.

The categories above are the prohibited-content list referenced by our Photo Sharing Terms, and they apply to every photo you share through the app.

3. What we require of you

When you use BeMoreKinky, you must:

  • Engage only with consenting adults, and obtain consent before any sexual interaction or before sharing intimate content.
  • Treat others with mutual respect.
  • Share only content that you have the right and the consent to share, including the consent of everyone shown in it.
  • Honor other people's boundaries, and stop when someone withdraws consent.
  • Report violations of these Guidelines when you encounter them.
  • Obtain the consent of everyone involved before sharing intimate content, including the recipient's consent to receive it.
  • Never forward, re-share, publish, or show to anyone else an intimate image you received without the consent of every person depicted in it.

4. How to report, and what happens when you do

You can report content or a user directly in the app using the report option on the content or on the user's profile.

How reporting a chat photo works: photos sent in chat are encrypted, so we cannot see them by default. When you report a photo, your own device sends a decrypted copy of that photo to BeMoreKinky for review. This is the only way we are able to see the reported image. You can read more about how this works in our Photo Sharing Terms and Privacy Policy.

Once you report, our trained moderation team reviews what you submitted against these Guidelines and decides on the appropriate action (see section 6). We are committed to acting on reports. Reports of the most serious violations, such as CSAM and NCII, are prioritized and may be referred to law enforcement and NCMEC.

If you are depicted in an intimate image shared without your consent, you (or someone authorized to act for you) can request removal by emailing support@bemorekinky.com; we act on valid requests as soon as possible and within 48 hours, and our Photo Sharing Terms explain what a valid request should include. Adults may also use StopNCII.org, and anyone whose intimate image was taken when they were under 18 may use NCMEC's Take It Down service at takeitdown.ncmec.org. If someone threatens to share your intimate images, do not pay and do not respond; preserve the evidence, report it to us, and contact your local law enforcement.

5. Blocking

You can block any user. Blocking stops that user from contacting you further. You can block someone whether or not you also report them, and blocking does not depend on the outcome of any report.

6. Enforcement

When these Guidelines are broken, we take action based on how serious the violation is. Depending on severity, actions include:

  • Warning. A notice that the behavior or content violates these Guidelines.
  • Content removal. Removing the offending content.
  • Temporary suspension. Suspending access to the account for a period of time.
  • Permanent termination. Permanently closing the account.
  • Referral to authorities. Referring the matter to law enforcement and, where applicable, NCMEC.

These actions are progressive for lower-severity issues, but they are not a fixed sequence. Severe violations, including CSAM and NCII, skip straight to the most serious actions: immediate removal, permanent account termination, and referral to law enforcement and NCMEC.

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor content, and we may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion. Operating this process does not mean we monitor, screen, or scan the content of private encrypted messages.

7. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, you can appeal by contacting us at support@bemorekinky.com. When we take action, we tell you which Guideline was involved. Appeals are reviewed by a member of our team, and we aim to respond within 14 days. Some actions, including referrals we are required by law to make, cannot be reversed.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Guidelines from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the version and effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use BeMoreKinky after an update means you accept the updated Guidelines.

Questions about these Guidelines can be sent to support@bemorekinky.com.
