Refund Policy
Every BeMoreKinky Premium subscription charge, whether it is your first charge or a renewal, is covered by a 30-day refund policy. You have 30 days from the date a charge is billed, measured from the charge timestamp in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), to request a full refund. This page explains how to request one on each platform. The contractual wording of the policy is in section 11 of our Terms and Conditions.
iOS (App Store purchases)
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, request the refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com within 30 days of the charge. Apple processes and decides App Store refund requests. We always support your request and will never contest it or ask Apple to deny it.
Android (Google Play purchases)
If you subscribed through Google Play, email support@bemorekinky.com within 30 days of the charge and we will approve a full refund. No explanation is needed. Our support team may ask for the account or order details we need to locate your purchase, but you will not be asked to justify your request.
What happens after a refund
A refund returns the charge in full, ends your Premium access, and stops future renewal charges for that subscription. Your account and your data are otherwise unaffected, and you can subscribe again at any time.
Cancellation is separate from a refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewal charges but does not by itself refund a charge that has already been billed. To have a charge from the last 30 days refunded, follow the steps above for your platform. You can cancel anytime in the App Store on iOS or in Google Play on Android, and you can do both: cancel to stop future charges and request a refund for a recent one.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your country. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
