Sexual body mapping is a structured practice where you systematically explore sensation across different body regions. Rather than guessing what feels good, you build a detailed understanding of where you experience pleasure, pressure, warmth, and comfort.
It's rooted in somatic education: the idea that knowing your body in detail changes how you experience and communicate about touch. Most people have a vague sense of what they like. Body mapping makes it specific.
