Service Submission Contract Contract
A service-oriented agreement where submission is expressed through acts of devoted, skilled service.
A service submission contract centres on what makes this dynamic distinct: submission expressed through devoted, skilled acts of service rather than primarily through sexual surrender. This template covers domestic service, personal attendance, administrative support, and other service domains, each with its own standards, schedules, and inspection criteria. The focus is on quality, initiative, and pride in work, not just obedience.
The contract includes formal inspection protocols so the Dominant can assess service quality consistently, attire and presentation requirements for service periods, and a service log system for tracking tasks completed, time taken, and areas for improvement. There are also sections for formal service rituals (how to present tea, how to greet the Dominant at the door, how to respond to a service bell) that give the dynamic its structure and elegance.
This service submission contract template is ideal for dynamics where the submissive finds deep fulfilment in being genuinely useful and where the Dominant values competence as highly as compliance. It works for live-in arrangements, scheduled service days, or any configuration where service is the love language of the power exchange.

Contract
Service Sub Agreement
Between ________ (Sir) and ________ (servant)
This contract is a personal agreement built on trust. It is not legally binding. Either party may withdraw consent at any time.
1.Purpose & Preamble
This Service Submission Agreement establishes the terms of a consensual power-exchange dynamic centred on devoted, structured service. The submissive finds fulfilment, purpose, and deep satisfaction in serving her Dominant through practical, tangible acts of care. The Dominant finds pleasure in a well-ordered life enhanced by the attentive, skilled service of one who takes pride in her work. This dynamic recognises that service is not menial. It is an art, a discipline, and an expression of love. Every polished surface, every perfectly drawn bath, every thoughtful administrative task is an offering. Both parties commit to treating service with the dignity and seriousness it deserves.
2.Roles & Responsibilities
Sir's responsibilities
- •Define service standards clearly and provide detailed initial training on expectations for each task.
- •Conduct fair, consistent inspections and deliver feedback that is specific, constructive, and respectful.
- •Acknowledge and praise quality service. Recognition is the fuel that sustains devotion.
- •Adjust the service schedule when the submissive's health, energy, or external obligations require flexibility.
- •Never take the submissive's service for granted; express gratitude regularly.
- •Ensure the submissive has the tools, supplies, and time needed to meet standards.
- •Protect the submissive's well-being: service should challenge, not break.
servant's responsibilities
- •Execute all assigned service tasks to the agreed standard and within the stated timeframe.
- •Take initiative and anticipate needs where appropriate, demonstrating attentiveness beyond the checklist.
- •Report any task that cannot be completed on time, with an honest explanation and proposed alternative.
- •Maintain all tools and supplies in good condition and request replacements proactively.
- •Accept inspection feedback gracefully, viewing correction as an opportunity for improvement.
- •Continuously refine skills: study techniques, practise efficiency, and take pride in mastery.
- •Present for daily inspection punctually and in the correct attire.
3.Duration & Review
6 months
Monthly formal review; daily micro-feedback during inspection
4.Limits & Boundaries
Hard limits are documented separately and respected absolutely. Service tasks never extend into hard-limit territory, regardless of how they are framed.
Soft limits are areas of potential service expansion. New tasks or domains are introduced gradually with discussion and the submissive's consent. She may veto any new task during a trial period.
Physical conditions that affect service capacity (back issues, allergies to cleaning products, repetitive strain) are disclosed and accommodated. Mental-health needs are prioritised over service standards.
5.Safewords & Signals

Safewords are honoured immediately without question or consequence. A safeword during service or inspection stops the interaction and triggers a supportive check-in.
6.Rules & Protocols
- 1.Complete all daily service tasks by the posted deadline. The daily schedule is set each Sunday for the coming week.
- 2.Present for inspection at 6 p.m. each day in the correct attire (see attire section), standing at attention by the front door.
- 3.Maintain a service log documenting tasks completed, time taken, and any notes on quality or difficulties.
- 4.Address the Dominant as "Sir" during all service interactions.
- 5.Request permission before deviating from the posted schedule or substituting tasks.
- 6.Keep all service areas (kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces) at or above the agreed standard at all times, not just before inspection.
- 7.Greet Sir at the door upon His arrival: take His coat and bag, offer a drink, and brief Him on the household status.
- 8.Prepare all meals according to the weekly meal plan, served at the appointed time, with the table set properly.
- 9.Replenish household supplies proactively. Never let essentials run out.
- 10.Maintain personal grooming and hygiene to a high standard as a reflection of service pride.
7.Service Domains

8.Punishments & Consequences
- •Re-do: the unsatisfactory task must be completed again, immediately, under supervision, to standard.
- •Additional service tasks added to the schedule for one to three days.
- •Written reflection: a detailed account of what went wrong, why, and a concrete improvement plan.
- •Loss of a personal-time privilege for 24 hours.
- •Kneeling during the next day's inspection rather than standing: a symbolic reminder of the standard expected.
- •Polishing or cleaning a designated item (silver, shoes, windows) as a corrective exercise in attention to detail.
- •Early start: reporting for service 30 minutes earlier than usual for one to three days.
9.Rewards
- •Verbal praise during inspection: specific, warm acknowledgement of what was done well.
- •A relaxed evening: reduced service duties and a movie or activity of the submissive's choosing.
- •A "day off" from formal service protocols, with the Dominant taking over tasks as a gesture of appreciation.
- •A gift related to the submissive's craft: a premium cleaning product, a new apron, a cookbook, or a planner.
- •An outing: dinner at a favourite restaurant or a leisure activity.
- •A pampering session: massage, bath drawn by the Dominant, or spa treatment.
- •A formal letter of commendation added to the service log, recognising a period of exceptional performance.
10.Aftercare
After physically demanding service days: warm bath, muscle rub, rest. After any discipline or intense inspection: gentle physical contact and a warm drink.
Regular affirmation that the submissive's service is valued, noticed, and meaningful. After correction: explicit reassurance that one failed task does not define her worth. Open space to discuss feelings about the service dynamic.
Daily micro-feedback during inspection. Weekly Sunday planning meeting (out of dynamic, as partners). Monthly formal review of standards, workload, and emotional well-being.
11.Privacy & Confidentiality
The service dynamic is known only to the two parties unless mutual agreement is reached to disclose.
No recordings of service or inspection without mutual consent. All media deleted within 72 hours of termination.
Neither party will reveal the other's involvement in service-oriented BDSM or power exchange. Permanent obligation.
12.Termination
Either party may end this agreement at any time. Upon termination: all service protocols cease; personal items and uniforms are returned; media is deleted within 72 hours; a closure conversation occurs within one week; privacy clauses remain permanent.
